Rhea Ripley is scheduled to defend the WWE Women’s World Championship on next week’s episode of Raw.
It was at last Saturday’s Payback, Dominik Mysterio helped Ripley retain the Women’s World Championship against Raquel Rodriguez. During Monday night’s fallout episode of Payback, Rodriguez picked up a win against Chelsea Green in singles action, as Piper Niven was not medically cleared to compete. After Rodriguez made short work of Green, she took to the mic and announced she will get a rematch against Ripley for the Championship next week, with Dominik banned from ringside.
WWE also announced that Cody Rhodes will return to next week’s Raw.
Next Monday night’s WWE will air live on the USA Network and take place from the Scope Arena in Norfolk, VA.
