Dragon Lee replacing Carlito against Santos Escobar at WWE Survivor Series

Dragon Lee is replacing Carlito in the match he was set to have against Santos Escobar at Saturday’s Survivor Series: WarGames.

WWE did an angle on Friday’s SmackDown Survivor Series go-home show, where Carlito was taken out by Santos Escobar. During the segment, Carlito called out Escobar, which ended up with the two in a big brawl. As security separated both men, Escobar jumped Carilo from behind and then attacked him backstage. Dragon Lee then came in and made the save.

Carlito’s arm ended up getting ‘seriously injured’ by Escobar during the brawl.

Later in the show, WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis was interviewed and said Carlito’s was seriously injured and thus could not compete against Escobar. Aldis then went on to say that the match would have to be postponed. However Lee then came in and asked Aldis not not postpone the match and told Aldis he wants to face Escobar. Aldis then agreed to the match for Saturday night at Survivor Series.

Below is the current lineup for Saturday’s WWE Survivor Series: WarGames.
