PWInsider has indicated they have confirmed that Drew McIntyre is backstage at Sunday night’s WWE Live Holiday Tour house show, at the Peoria Civic Center in Peoria, IL.
The report also notes McIntyre was listed on the schedule to perform. We will provide any results from the live event, that may involve Drew McIntyre appearing when it becomes available.
Reports surfaced late Saturday that a visibly angry McIntyre stormed out of the Allstate Arena after Survivor Series, which included slamming doors before he stormed out of the venue.
There is no official reason as to what caused the issue with McIntyre backstage. However, there has been much speculation that it has to do with the return of CM Punk. Also, as of this writing, WWE and McIntyre have not entered into any discussions about a new deal.
