WWE is teasing a top star getting him old name and character back. It appears WWE is bringing back Pete Dunne.
During Friday night’s WWE SmackDown, a video segment aired showing WWE Butch and Tyler Bate at a coffee shop.
Bate reminded Butch that he told him back in Blackpool that he needed to make a name for himself and needs to look inward. Bate then told Butch to ask himself who was that guy and what is that name going to be. Butch looked away with a grin as the segment ended.
Bate and Butch (Pete Dunne) are former British Strong Style stablemates. They reunited as a team on last week’s SmackDown, when Bate made his main roster debut as Butch’s mystery partner for a tag match against Pretty Deadly. Bate and Butch won the match.
