Martha Hart calls alleged Vince McMahon actions from lawsuit ‘absolutely horrific’

In an interview with News Nation’s Banfield, Martha Hart addressed the lawsuit filed against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis by Janel Grant.

Hart, who dealt with her own legal battles against McMahon and WWE following her husband Owen’s death in 1999, said she was “not surprised” by the news that Vince was once again facing legal repercussions, adding:

Over the years, the WWE, they’ve had many lawsuits and they’ve had a lot of bad press. And I tell you, I read all of the 67 pages in that complaint – and it is absolutely horrific. And I have to say that the level of wickedness that’s described is beyond the pale in that complaint, and anyone with a shred of humanity would find the indignant acts just incomprehensible, frankly.

So it wasn’t a shock that there was another lawsuit, but the level of, I guess, depravity there certainly was.

Describing her work in mental health and working with at-risk people, Martha stated that “anyone that takes advantage of a vulnerable person is the most despicable type of person” due to the support and protection such people are in need of.

McMahon resigned from WWE and parent company TKO Group Holdings after the lawsuit was filed, vowing to vigorously defend himself against the allegations.
