According to a report from PWInsider, Judge Andrew Cameron, who is presiding over the criminal case against WWE star Marcel Barthel (El Grande Americano and Ludwig Kaiser), officially signed off Tuesday to approve the motion requesting Barthel be allowed to travel both within the United States and internationally during the duration of the case against him.
It is noted that Barthel is required to appear for all future court dates. Barthel plead not guilty after he learned of a warrant for his arrest on charges of battery and thus turned himself in to local authorities in Orange County, Florida May 20, 2026.
The incident happened back on April 23 in an apartment complex in Orange County. The complainant, identified as Richard Reap, told officers that he entered an elevator around 6:30 PM local time and encountered Barthel alongside an unidentified woman. Reap alleged Barthel and the woman where acting “uncontrollably intimate” while inside the elevator.
Reap then stated after exiting onto the 12th floor, he told Barthel and the woman to “please have some manners.” According to the Orlando PD affidavit, Reap then alleged that Barthel responded by punching him several times, pushing him down to the ground and threatening additional harm.
Kaiser has a match at the AAA Noche de Los Grandes event this Saturday in Mexico City, where El Grande Americano (Kaiser) will square off against Original El Grande Americano (Chad Gable) in a mask vs. mask match.
