According to PWInsider and Fightful, IMPACT Wrestling has hired Lou D’Angeli to oversee their marketing going forward. It is also been aid that he will have additional behind-the-scenes duties, which were not specified.
D’Angeli previously worked for WWE as Vice-President of Marketing, Sales & Public Relations. He was also known in the original ECW as Sign Guy Dudley and Lou E. Dangerously, which was a parody of Paul Heyman’s Paul E. Dangerously.
The reports note that D’Angeli was brought on to IMPACT as a consultant for the several months ago. It was also noted he was recently hired for a full-time executive position and has been working behind the scenes at recent TV tapings.
