Former NFL star and TNA wrestler Frank Wycheck passes away

Wrestleview is sad to report that former NFL star Frank Wycheck has passed away at age 52. He was said to have been found unresponsive in his home after falling and striking his head.

Wycheck also competed at the TNA Wrestling 2007 Slammiversary pay-per-view, where he teamed up with Jerry Lynn to defeat James Storm on Ron Killings.

Wycheck played tight end for the Tennessee Titans and is best known in the NFL as part of the famous “Music City Miracle,” throwing the lateral pass that led to the Titans scoring a game-winning touchdown against the Buffalo Bills in the 1999 playoffs.
