Quick results from tonight’s EVOLVE 13 Internet PPV:
1. Fatal 4-Way Match to determine who will face Johnny Gargano later in the show for the DGUSA Open the Freedom Gate Title: “The Whole Fox’N Show” AR Fox defeated Samurai Del Sol, Ricochet & Jigsaw by pinfall when he pinned Del Sol with Lo-Mein Pain.
After the match, Fox says he will use his momentum to win the title later tonight.
2. Silas Young defeated Adam Page by referee stoppage.
After the match, Young says that he does not care about this generation of pro wrestlers and that he is the last real man of professional wrestling.
3. Caleb Konley of The Scene w/Johnny Fairplay defeated Kyle Matthews by submission with the O Face.
4. Alex Reynolds defeated “The Man Scout” Jake Manning by pinfall with the 2K1 Driver.
5. “The Kentucky Gentleman” Chuck Taylor w/”The Man Scout” Jake Manning & The Swamp Monster defeated Mike Cruz by pinfall with the Awful Waffle.
After the match, Taylor says he wants an EVOLVE title to be created.
6. Special Challenge Match: “The Generic Luchador” El Generico defeated “The Callihan Death Machine” Sami Callihan by pinfall with the Brainbuster.
After the match, Generico says that he wants a re-match with Low-Ki. Callihan then attacks Generico from behind and also lays out EVOLVE officials until Low-Ki runs in to make the save.
7. Main Event for the DGUSA Open the Freedom Gate Title: “The Whole Shebang” Johnny Gargano (c) defeated “The Whole Fox’N Show” AR Fox by submission to retain the title with the Gargano Escape.
