The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Ring of Honor sent a cease and desist letter to former booker Gabe Sapolsky on 5/15 over comments he made online regarding ROH’s iPPV issues. Sapolsky said the company should have been prepared for the high volume of traffic. Joe Koff refused to address anything involving Sapolsky during the ROH conference call.
Here is a brief part of what Sapolsky had to say about ROH’s iPPV issues.
“When the ownership and management of a company doesn’t care or have enough respect for its employees and more importantly its paying customers to spend enough money to have adequate equipment, they can f*ck off. When a company decides to go on the cheap and take a risk that something like a website will work instead of doing everything in their power to guarantee it will work, they can f*ck off. If the ownership and management doesn’t care or respect its fans enough to do this they don’t deserve your support.”
