Inaugural event for Wrestling Entertainment Series has been postponed

The inaugural event for the new Wrestling Entertainment Series promotion has been postponed.

The show was set to premiere at Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham, England on Saturday, June 4th. The venue announced on Twitter that the organizers decided to postpone the show until Saturday, July 9. There has been no specific reason given for the push back.

It was noted that all tickets purchased remain valid for the new date.

Wrestling Entertainment Series (WES) is founded by Sunny Dhinsa and Gzim Selmani, (formerly known as Akam and Rezar of The Authors of Pain in WWE).

The event is still scheduled to be available through FITE TV.

Jonathan Coachman and Matt Rehwoldt will be the commentary team.
