Show opens with video highlighting the premiere episode with Ivelisse unsuccessfully challenging Mil Muertes for the Lucha Underground Title.
Backstage segment in Catrina’s office where Ivelisse, Son of Havoc and Angelico want a rematch for the Trios Titles that they lost at Ultima Lucha. Catrina refuses their request, saying they must prove themselves tonight. Ivelisse then threatens Catrina and they walk off.
Ivelisse, Son of Havoc & Angelico def. Chavo Guerrero Jr., Mr. Cisco & Cortez Castro (Officer Reyes) by pinfall when Angelico pinned Castro with a Double Stomp.
Afterwards, The Crew & Chavo argued until Texano ran in and cleared them from the ring.
Vignette on Johnny Mundo, complaining about being in the opening match of Ultima Lucha, that he should be Lucha Underground Champion and talks about his feud with Cage.
Backstage segment with Officer Joey Ryan and Officer Reyes where they argue about the job they have to do as undercover cops pretending to be luchadores at the Temple to bring down Dario Cueto.
Cage def. Joey Ryan by pinfall with a Sit-Out Gourdbuster.
Cage stared down Mil Muertes after, until Johnny Mundo attacked him from behind. However, Cage fought back and laid out Mundo with Weapon X. Cage grabbed a mic and said that they call him Cage because he’s not a man, he’s a machine.
Vignette with Rey Mysterio Jr. & El Dragon Azteca Jr. training where Mysterio told Dragon Azteca Jr. the storied history of the Cuetos and El Dragon Azteca.
Next week, Cage faces Johnny Mundo.
Main Event: Prince Puma def. Pentagon Jr. by pinfall after Pentagon pinned himself while having Puma in a Surfboard and Puma bridged in it to pin Pentagon’s shoulders down.
Pentagon laid out the ref after. Puma hit Pentagon with a kick, then went to do Pentagon’s own Double Wristlock Armbreaker, but let him go, while taunting him by wagging his finger at him, implying that he could have done so. Muertes stared down Puma as he left, while Pentagon was left in the ring, feeling embarassed as we left the Temple.
Show closes with Sexy Star running through a hallway, looking horrified. She ran into the Mack, who asked her what was wrong and who hurt her. Star said it was “Moth.” Mack said he would kill Marty. Star then said it wasn’t Marty, it was HER, implying that it was Marty’s sister, as she pointed down the hall and Mack looked at what she was pointing at in shock as the show closed.
