TNA, which at one point had 60 wrestlers under contract, is now down to only 33 with the departures of Christopher Daniels, Chris Sabin, Frankie Kazarian and Hernandez in recent weeks. Those still under contract with the company that were described as having “substantial money deals” includes Abyss, Bully Ray, Kurt Angle (who deal expires this September), Jeff Hardy, Ken Anderson (who agreed to a new deal that was well below his previous one), Bobby Roode, James Storm and Samoa Joe. It should be noted that some TNA talent have already been contacting Ring of Honor and Jeff Jarrett as many are still very nervous about the company not announcing a television renewal with Spike TV that expires this October.
