As revealed by TNA, Matt Hardy is booked to appear at the upcoming Impact Wrestling tapings in New York City next week. Hardy will be teaming with his brother Jeff to reunite The Hardy Boys tag team. Jeff is booked to face Lashley for the TNA Championship at the first taping on 6/25. Matt is booked for all three tapings on 6/25, 6/26 and 6/27.
Matt is booked to appear at tonight’s Ring of Honor “Best in the World” PPV in Nashville. He’s been a part-time performer for ROH for some time now and it isn’t known if the appearance for TNA will be a one-time deal. Matt has been re-added to the active TNA roster page so it could indicate he will be used beyond the New York City tapings. At one point Matt had turned the offer to return to TNA and later accepted a second offer that was described as being well above (or nearly double) his asking rate on the independent scene.
