According to Bloomberg, a new lawsuit had been brought against Vince McMahon by shareholders who are suing over his alleged history of paying to cover up sexual harassment allegations.
The report also notes that the shareholders are seeking to cut their case from the consolidated action, which then could keep the bylaw-related claims alive, thus keep any interference from fee requests.
The suit was brought forward by Carole Casale and Chrystal Lavalle. The suit has not been made publicly available.
