Ronda Rousey says her feud with Liv Morgan was ‘hamstrung by a bunch of octogenarians’

Ronda Rousey recently took to Instagram to comment on her past feud she had with Liv Morgan last year.

Rousey said that her program with Morgan was “hamstrung by a bunch of octogenarians who still think they know how to be hip.”

The feud between Rousey and Morgan began at Money in the Bank 2022 last July, when Morgan cashed in her briefcase to defeat Rousey and capture the SmackDown Women’s Title.

Morgan successfully defended the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Rousey at last year’s SummerSlam, in a match that only lasted five minutes, which seen as a disappointment. The referee counted Rousey’s shoulders to the mat while Morgan had tapped out to Rousey’s armbar. Rousey then attacked Morgan after the match ended, thus ending up with Rousey in a storyline suspension. After Rousey regained the SmackDown Women’s title at Extreme Rules last October, she then began a program with Shotzi.

“Imagine what our @yaonlylivvonce feud could have been if we weren’t hamstrung by a bunch of octogenarians who still think they know how to be hip while putting less than 5 minutes of thought a week into each women’s storyline… 🤔 new #RondaOnTheRoad.”
