Following last night’s RAW, Samoa Joe and Cedric Alexander have advanced to the Quarterfinals of the 2019 King of the Ring tournament.
Samoa Joe defeated Cesaro by Submission to win his King of the Ring 1st Round Match. Samoa Joe will go on to face the winner of Ricochet vs. Drew McIntyre, which takes place next week on RAW from New Orleans.
Cedric Alexander defeated Sami Zayn to win his King of the Ring 1st Round Match. Alexander will face the winner of The Miz vs. Baron Corbin, which will take place next week on RAW.
Tonight’s Smackdown Live will feature two King of the Ring 1st Round Matches. Kevin Owens will take on Elias, the current WWE 24/7 Champion, and Apollo Crews will take on Andrade. Next week will see Chad Gable take on Shelton Benjamin and Ali take on Buddy Murphy.
