Ryback publicly asks WWE to let the Ryback trademark go

Former WWE star Ryback took to Twitter on Saturday to publicly ask Vince McMahon and Triple H to let the Ryback trademark go.

He went on to say the Ryback name “wasn’t created by them and trying to make someone spend nearly 200K to keep their legal name and brand is petty and unnecessary.”

Ryback even asked Vince McMahon and Triple H to please move on and erase him from WWE history and programming.

On August 5, 2016, Ryback announced on his Instagram that he parted ways with WWE, three days before WWE officially made the announcement they released him.

Ryback is a former WWE Intercontinental Champion, and is most notabaly known for his time as part of the Nexus stable.

He has worked on the independent scene and stared his own podcast Conversation with The Big Guy Ryback.
