WWE Superstar Big E posted a video to his Instagram Stories, tossing his neck brace in the garbage.
Big E suffered a broken neck in a tag team match back on the March 11 episode of WWE SmackDown, taking a botched overhead belly-to-belly suplex from Ridge Holland on the floor. Big E suffered broken C1 and broken C6 vertebrae. He said that he had narrowly avoided paralysis, stroke, and even death in the incident.
