NXT talent reportedly scheduled for 4/28 SmackDown

The WWE Draft begins tomorrow night on SmackDown, and according to a report by PWInsider Elite it looks as though a couple standouts from NXT are scheduled to be at the event in Corpus Christi, Texas.

While it is unclear whether they will be a part of the draft, wrestling dark matches, or something in between, it appears Bron Breakker and Cora Jade will be in attendance in some capacity.

The real-life couple have had really strong runs in developmental, and the move could align with recent events showing their readiness to go to the main roster.

The report notes that Jade impressed WWE officials this past Monday in her dark match against Nikki Cross in Chicago.

Breakker recently lost the NXT Championship at Carmelo Hayes at NXT Stand and Deliver, and found himself in a feud with Andre Chase and the Chase U faction. A rematch challenge was laid out by Hayes to Breakker last week on NXT for Battleground, but Bron seems otherwise poised for the leap to RAW or SmackDown.
