As first reported by False Finish and then multiple sources, former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore was reportedly spotted at the Performance Center on Tuesday ahead of NXT broadcast on the CW.
Amore was originally suspended from WWE back on January 22, 2018, due to sexual assault allegations in Phoenix, Arizona. WWE from his contract the next day. After a full investigation by the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, the allegations were unfounded and the case was then closed.
There has speculation in the recent days that Amore, along with his former tag team partner Big Cass (Big Bill) could re-sign with WWE. It was reported last week that there was internal belief back in April, Bill’s contract with AEW was set to expire around the end of this month or beginning next month. He has not been seen on AEW programming in several weeks.
