WWE Hall of Famer said to be heading to SummerSlam weekend; film starring former WWE Champ reportedly facing delay

The “biggest party of the summer” is headed to Detroit for SummerSlam, and a WWE Hall of Famer is slated to be in the area for the weekend.

A report confirmed by PWInsider indicates that The Undertaker will be in Detroit, and though his role for the weekend is unknown as of time of writing he is reportedly not slated to perform his One Deadman show that weekend, as WWE.com’s article on its return states it will be on tour later in the month.

Meanwhile, an article from Variety has indicated that Warner Bros. Film Group is “strongly considering” pushing the film Dune 2 from November 3 to sometime in 2024 due to the ongoing WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes.

The film, starring Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Josh Brolin, and former WWE Champion Dave Bautista, is not alone in facing new release dates in light of union restrictions that state actors cannot promote past or future work made and released by struck companies.
