Sami Zayn is scheduled to defend the Intercontinental Championship against Chad Gable on next week’s episode of WWE Raw.
Zayn won the championship from Gunther during night one of WrestleMania 40. During a backstage segment as Zayn was ready to make his way to ring, Gable told him that if he won the title, he (Zayn) owes him a favor.
Gable came to the aid of Zayn during Monday’s WWE Raw.
Also scheduled for next week’s WWE Raw is Dominik Mysterio vs. Andrade.
Next Monday’s WWE Raw will air live on the USA Network and emanate from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
