TKO’s annual proxy statement has revealed 2025 compensation for WWE President Nick Khan, TKO’s Chief Executive Officer Ari Emanuel and TKO’s Chief Financial Officer Mark Shapiro.
Khan earned a $2 million base salary, $11,526,561 in stock awards and $10,761, 640 in bonuses for a total of $24,288,201.
Emanuel earned $67.4 million, while Shapiro brought home $42.6 million.
