According to Fightful Select Darius Martin of Top Flight is expected to be out of action for a “lengthy period” due to a leg injury. The nature of the injury is not known as of this writing.
This is the second time in 14 months Martin has been out with an injury. In February 2021, he suffered a torn ACL that required surgery. He then made his return during the March 2, 2022 episode of AEW Dynamite.
His last match was on the April 15 AEW show from Garland, Texas, which was a match taped for Dark, where he teamed with his brother, the Hardys, and Frankie Kazarian – defeating Private Party, The Blade, Angelico, and Max Caster.
