“Then. Now. Forever.” The WWE video leads us into the show.

Triple H is standing in the ring with a single spotlight on him. The crowd is loudly chanting “NXT.” Triple H says he got his ass kicked on Sunday. It wasn’t the first time and it won’t be the last time. He’d have had to be dead to not be here in London tonight. They wanted it, so they got it. This is the fans’ brand and it is their time. Triple H says, “So London, England, scream with me because we are NXT!”

A video hypes up the big matches we’re going to see tonight.

Asuka vs. Emma w/ Dana Brooke

The crowd is chanting “Asuka’s gonna kill you!” Asuka goes for a big roundhouse kick, but Emma quickly avoids it and goes through the ropes to keep her back. They circle the ring, and Asuka grabs the arm. Asuka wrenches the arm, but Emma quickly comes back with a wrench of her own. Asuka sends her into the ropes for a dropkick, but Emma holds the ropes and picks up a one count. Emma applies a hammerlock, but Asuka twists out of it and applies her own hammerlock. Asuka rolls her around before Emma twists out of it. They go back and forth with hammerlocks before Emma elbows her in the face. Emma hits the ropes, but Asuka follows her in and takes her down with a Fujiwara Arm Bar, but Emma quickly scratches and claws to get a foot on the bottom rope. Asuka kicks away at her, and Emma falls out of the ring to recover. Asuka gets on the apron and takes Emma out with a running hip attack off the apron! The crowd loudly chants, “NXT!”

Dana Brooke talks a little trash to Asuka, but she quickly backs up when Asuka slowly approaches her. Asuka gets on the apron, but Emma dropkicks her off to the floor. Emma throws her into the ring and hammers away at her. Emma stomps her down in the corner and chokes her with her boot as the crowd boos. Emma dropkicks her down for a two count. Dana argues from ringside about the referee’s count. Emma applies a modified surfboard stretch, and the crowd is willing Asuka on. Emma prevents her from getting out of the hold and cinches it in. Asuka rolls through, and Emma nearly catches her with a pin. Emma clubs her down and pulls at her hair. Emma connects with a snapmare and a kick to the spine for a two count. Asuka lets out a guttural scream as Emma applies a full nelson. Asuka fights up, but Emma takes her down. Asuka connects with three back elbows and a backslide pin for a near fall. Emma quickly comes back with a short-arm clothesline for a near fall. The crowd chants, “This is wrestling.” Emma sends Asuka into the corner hard. Asuka starts doing a primal scream before Emma sends her into the corner hard again. Asuka gets to her feet and counters a third whip into the corner, but Emma simply slaps her in the face. Emma sends her to the corner, but Asuka takes her out with a springboard missile dropkick.

They trade slaps from their knees before Emma hits the ropes. Asuka takes her out with a dropkick and kicks away at her. Asuka connects with some wild forearms and some kicks. Asuka gets the crowd going before having a whip reversed on her. Asuka takes her down with a running hip attack and poses for the crowd. Asuka holds her neck in pain before viciously kicking away at Emma’s chest. Emma blocks a kick to the head and goes for a punch, but Asuka ducks it. Emma ducks a backhand punch and gets a jackknife pin for a near fall. Asuka connects with two backhand punches and a standard punch to the face before connecting with another hip attack for a near fall. Emma quickly clips the knee and goes to the corner. Emma sidesteps an avalanche and applies the Dill-Emma. Emma then connects with a butterfly suplex into the turnbuckle. Emma follows up with an Emma-Mite sandwich for another near fall. Emma can’t believe it and covers again, but Asuka once again kicks out. Emma pulls at Asuka’s hair before applying an Indian Deathlock, but Asuka counters out into an ankle lock! Emma fights up to stand on one foot, so Asuka annihilates her with a German Suplex! Asuka connects with a running knee to the face for a near fall!

Asuka gets the crowd going as they chant her name. Asuka goes for an Asuka Lock, but Emma fights it. Emma grabs the referee and pulls him into a sandwich in the corner. The referee is down and in pain. Asuka approaches Emma and goes for a kick, but Emma ducks it. Dana Brooke throws a foreign object into the ring, but Asuka rips it out of her hand. The referee comes to and sees Asuka holding the object. Asuka begs him not to disqualify her. Emma rolls her up for a two count, but Asuka kicks out and applies the Asuka Lock to thunderous applause! Dana gets on the apron and distracts the referee as Emma taps! The referee ejects her from ringside. Asuka then annihilates Emma with a spinning kick to the face for the win!

Winner by Pinfall: Asuka
Match Rating: ** 1/2

Replays are shown of what we just saw. Asuka actually won the match twice with the tap out the referee didn’t see. There were a couple of technical problems as the screen blacked out a few times.

Colin Cassady and Enzo Amore w/ Carmella vs. Dash and Dawson (c’s)

After completing their epic entrance, Cassady asks London, “How you doin’?” Enzo Amore assures Dawson and Dash that there will be pieces of them left in the ring. The difference between the two teams is this: is Amore had a pound for every time he and Big Cass got knocked down and didn’t get back up, he’d have zero pounds. Cassady says Dawson and Dash won’t walk out the same way they walked in. They will walk out as the NXT Tag Team Champions. They’ll prove to everyone here and around the world that there’s only one word to describe for them, and he’ll spell it out for them: S-A-W-F-T!

Enzo Amore will start the match against Scott Dawson. They lock up and tussle for position. The crowd is loudly buzzing for this. They lock up, and Amore sidesteps him. The crowd loudly chants for Enzo Amore. What an atmosphere. Dawson kicks Amore and applies a side headlock. Amore whips him off, but Dawson runs him over with a shoulder block for a two count. Dash Wilder is tagged in, and he punches Amore in the midsection. Wilder connects with an uppercut. Amore comes back with a punch, but Wilder quickly punches him down. Wilder sends him into the ropes, but Amore connects with a chop block. Amore follow up with a face-buster for a two count. Colin Cassady is tagged in, and he powers Wilder to the corner for a kick to the midsection. They trade punches with Cassady coming out on top. Amore tags back in, and he punches Wilder in the midsection. Amore goes for a snapmare, but Wilder fights out. Amore reverses a whip, but Wilder holds the ropes and gets out of the ring. Amore follows him outside. Wilder goes for a clothesline, but Amore ducks, causing Wilder to hit the ring post. Amore gets him back in the ring and takes him down with a hammerlock. Amore throws him into the corner and tags in Cassady. Cassady punches the arm a few times and applies a wristlock. The crowd sings, “Hey Jude” but replaces it with “Big Cass.”

Cassady sends him to the corner for an avalanche, but Wilder avoids it. Dawson distracts him, so Wilder clubs away at him. Dawson is tagged in, and he punches away at Cassady. Dash and Dawson then double-team him. They trade tags before Cassady fights back. There’s a mistimed spot where Cassady presses Wilder above his head as Dawson just watches. Cassady then throws Dawson at him. Amore is tagged in, and he goes to the top rope, but Dawson gets out of the ring. Wilder is already outside. Cassady then tosses Amore over the top rope onto Dash and Dawson!

Amore throws Dawson into the ring and fights Wilder off. Amore goes for a sunset flip, but Wilder blind tags in. Amore takes Dawson down with a face-buster, but Wilder runs in and throws him out of the ring. The referee is starting to count Amore out, but he gets in at nine. Wilder sends Amore chest first into the turnbuckle before tagging Dawson in. Dawson works on Amore’s shoulder, which is injured. Dawson connects with a hammerlock northern lights suplex for a near fall. Wilder is tagged back in, and he comes of the second rope with a double knee attack to the arm. Wilder applies an arm bar, but Amore fights up. Amore punches out, but Wilder takes him down and tags in Dawson. Dawson kicks him in the head and drops a leg for a two count. Dawson puts him through the ropes and punches away at him. Dawson distracts the referee while Wilder gets a cheap shot in. Dawson connects with a slingshot suplex for a near fall. Dawson applies an overhead wristlock, but Amore fights up. Wilder distracts the referee before the tag is made. Wilder is tagged in, and they mistime a spot where Amore actually tagged Cassady before Wilder knocked him off the apron. Dawson connects with a gordbuster, but the referee never saw him get tagged in. Wilder puts Amore on the top rope, and Amore fights him back before connecting with a diving DDT.

Cassady and Dawson are tagged in. Cassady takes him down with three right hands before punching away at him in the corner and throwing him across the ring. Cassady splashes him in the corner and goes for a big boot, but Dawson avoids it. Cassady connects with a spinning side slam, but Wilder breaks it up. Cassady throws Wilder over the top rope, and Dawson chop blocks the knee. Cassady screams in pain and teases that he may have reinjured that knee. Wilder is tagged back in, and he applies an inverted Figure Four Leglock. The crowd wills Cassady on as he claws to the bottom rope. Amore runs in, and Dawson turns him inside out with a vicious clothesline! Dawson taunts Cassady as he screams in pain. Cassady eventually gets to the bottom rope, which necessitates a breaking of the hold. Wilder ties the leg up, and Dawson goes to the top rope to break his leg, but Amore knocks him to the floor! Cassady rolls Wilder up for a near fall! Cassady avoids a chop block and big boots him down. Amore is tagged in, and Cassady helps him with a huge splash onto Wilder, but Dawson pulls him out before the referee counts the pin! Dawson pulls Carmella in front of him before Cassady attacks. Carmella nails him in the face with a back elbow. Dawson then sends Cassady into the ring post. In the ring, Amore goes for a splash, but Dawson pulls him off the top rope with a flapjack into Wilder’s knees for the win!

Replays are shown of the final moments of the match. Dash and Dawson hold up their NXT Tag Team Championships in victory, as Amore and Cassady look on disgusted.

Bayley is seen walking backstage. A highlight package plays for Nia Jax. She will face Bayley for the NXT Women’s Championship tonight.

Footage is shown of Baron Corbin viciously attacking Apollo Crews last month. Crews then came back and viciously took him out.

They lock up, and Corbin powers him to the corner before giving a clean break. They lock up again, and Corbin once again gets him in the corner and shoves him. Crews lifts him up and slams him into the corner. Crews applies a side headlock and shoulder blocks him down. Corbin quickly gets out of the ring to recover. Corbin paces at ringside before getting back in the ring. They lock up, but Crews blocks a right hand and hits some shoulder thrusts in the corner. Crews gets him to the other corner and hits some more shoulder thrusts. Corbin punches him back and tosses him to the corner, but Crews ducks a punch. Corbin knees him in the midsection and punches him in the face. Corbin puts him in the corner and bounces him off the turnbuckle. Corbin repeats it before applying a side headlock. Crews whips him off, but Corbin shoulder blocks him down. Crews goes for a roll up, but Corbin avoids it. Crews dropkicks him down and impressively kips up. Crews charges him, but Corbin back body drops him over the top rope onto the steel ring steps! Corbin talks trash and says, “You should have stayed in Ring of Honor!”

Corbin goes outside and throws him into the ring. The crowd chants, “Corbin sucks” to the tune of “New Day Rocks.” Corbin then throws Crews out of the ring. Corbin continues to talk trash. Crews gets to the apron and shoulders him in the midsection. Crews goes for a slingshot maneuver, but Corbin punches him to the apron. Corbin gets him in the ring and stomps him down in the corner. Corbin whips him hard to the corner and connects with three corner clotheslines followed by a big boot for a near fall. The crowd does not love Corbin at all. Corbin rakes away at Crews’ face. Crews pulls himself up, but Corbin elbows him in the head and punches him. Corbin taunts the crowd, and they vulgarly chant, “F–k you, Corbin.” Corbin punches away at Crews before Crews boots him back. Crews comes off the second rope, but Corbin catches him. Crews counters into an inside cradle for a near fall. Crews punches back at him, but he has a whip to the corner reversed, and he goes down hard. Corbin once again taunts the crowd. Corbin stomps Crews and talks trash. Corbin connects with a backbreaker and stretches him out over his leg. Crews knees him in the head to get out of it. Corbin quickly knees him in the midsection and goes for a powerbomb, but Crews gets out. Crews then sidesteps him and gets him out of the ring. Corbin gets in and misses a splash. Crews then takes him down and punches away at him. Crews takes him down again and continues to punch away at him.

Corbin quickly rolls out of the ring to recover. Corbin signals that he’s finished with this and goes to walk off, but Crews takes him down at ringside and punches him. Corbin throws him to the ring, but Crews comes back with a moonsault off the apron! Crews puts him in the ring and ducks a clothesline before connecting with two of his own. Crews connects with an avalanche and hits the ropes, but Corbin comes back with Deep Six for a near fall. Corbin cannot believe it. Corbin goes for the End of Days, but Crews flips out of it! Crews connects with a step-up enzuigiri followed by a standing moonsault for a near fall! Crews grabs Corbin and goes for a whip, but Corbin holds the ropes. Corbin punches him, but Crews comes back with a right hand. Crews lifts him up, but Corbin holds the ropes. Corbin then connects with the End of Days for the win!

A highlight video plays for Sami Zayn. Zayn will return next week on NXT!

Nia Jax was giving an interview backstage when she sees Asuka is staring her down. Jax approaches her, and Asuka smiles at her before walking off. Jax goes back to the interview and says she will do to Bayley what she has done to every woman she’s faced: dominate and destroy.

The introductions are done in the ring. A spotlight comes down over both women. Bayley has a very tense look on her face. Nia Jax looks completely confident. The crowd loudly boos Jax as her name is announced. Bayley gets an incredible reception.

The crowd is loudly singing as both women circle the ring. Bayley talks a little trash to Jax before ducking a lock up. Bayley rolls through another lock up and gets trapped in the corner. Bayley slides under and goes for a roll-up, but Jax grabs her and throws her to the corner. Bayley avoids a splash and kicks and punches away at her in the corner. Bayley elbows her in the head before Jax grabs her and throws her down. Jax head-butts her down as the crowd chants, “Bayley’s gonna hug you!” Bayley fights back and hits the ropes, but Jax comes back with a shoulder breaker. Jax applies a cobra clutch and rag dolls her a bit. The size disparity is striking between the two women. Jax swings her around in the clutch, and Bayley seems to be fading away. Bayley fights out and hits the ropes before countering a slam into a dragon sleeper. Jax quickly powers her to the corner and breaks the hold. Bayley kicks her back and connects with some running back elbows. Bayley goes to the second rope, but Jax pulls her off and lifts her up, but Bayley slides off. Bayley dropkicks her in the knee and dropkicks her in the face, but Jax doesn’t go down. Bayley comes off the second rope with a flying back elbow, but Jax still won’t go down. Bayley tries again, but it’s the same result. Bayley goes to the second rope, and Jax shoves her down out of mid-air. Jax grabs her, but Bayley counters into a modified triangle choke. Jax powers her up and puts her on the top rope. Jax head-butts her and goes for a superplex, but Bayley fights her off! Jax is down on the mat, and Bayley connects with a senton bomb for a near fall. Jax’s kick out sends Bayley out of the ring.

Bayley gets in the ring and hits the ropes, but Jax annihilates her with a Samoan Drop for a near fall. Jax cannot believe she kicked out. Jax connects with a second Samoan Drop before sending her into the ropes for a third. Jax drops a leg and unwisely covers her with one foot for a near fall. Jax is in shock. Jax shoves her to the corner and avalanches her three times. Jax then grabs her by the hair and throws her across the ring. The referee is checking on her. Jax wrenches the arm and hits a falling leg drop onto it. Jax connects with two leg drops to the back of the head before backing up and connecting with a third, but Bayley still kicks out! Jax argues with the referee over the count. The crowd tries to will Bayley on with a song. Bayley slowly pulls herself up in the corner, and Jax viciously avalanches her. Jax mocks Bayley’s high five taunt before propping her on the top rope. Jax head-butts her and goes for a super Samoan Drop, but Bayley counters with a guillotine choke! Jax stumbles to the center of the ring as Bayley has the hold cinched in. Jax counters out with a vicious spinebuster. Jax bends over to pick her up, and Bayley surprises her with another guillotine choke! Jax once again counters out with a huge spinebuster. Jax takes a few moments to recover before going to Bayley. Bayley once again locks on a guillotine choke, and Jax falls to the mat! Bayley really cinches it in. The referee checks to see is Jax is still conscious. Jax grabs at the hair before submitting!

Replays are seen of the closing moments of the match. Bayley then stands in the center of the ring with the NXT Women’s Championship as the crowd loudly applauds for her. Bayley looks like she’s been through an absolute war.

Next week, we’ll see a Fatal Four Way tag team match on NXT.

Samoa Joe is seen warming up for his NXT Championship match. He will face Finn Bálor, next!

Finn Bálor made his entrance like he’s Jack The Ripper complete with a woman screaming and graphics of blood dripping on the titantron. The crowd is really buzzing for this match during the in-ring introductions.

Before the bell sounds, the crowd is chanting, “This is awesome.” They circle the ring, and Joe teases a kick and a jab. They lock hands, and Joe tries to sweep the feet. They continue circling the ring before locking up. Joe powers him into the ropes and quickly takes him down. A “Let’s go Bálor/Let’s go Joe,” chant breaks out. They lock hands before Bálor kicks him. They lock hands once again before Bálor peppers him with another kick to the leg. Bálor then kicks Joe back and starts punching him. Joe hits the ropes, and Bálor takes him out of the ring with a dropkick. Bálor then takes him down with a baseball slide at ringside. Bálor stands on the apron and catches him with a running kick to the face. Bálor throws him into the ring and gets in, but Joe rolls out on the other side. Bálor attacks him from behind and chops the chest. Bálor backs up and rests near the fans before dropkicking him into the steel ring steps. Bálor lays him out on the bottom half of the steps and gets in the ring. Bálor goes to the apron and goes for the Coup de Grâce on the steps, but Joe moves. Joe then catches him with a one-armed slam on the floor!

Joe throws him into the ring and takes his time before getting in the ring. Joe elbows him in the head and connects with some stinging jabs. Joe then kicks him in the midsection. Bálor fights back with some forearms, but Joe takes him down with a single right hand. Joe viciously chops the chest before sending him to the corner. Joe splashes him before connecting with a pelé kick! They trade forearms before Bálor hits the ropes. Joe then turns him inside out with a back elbow. Joe applies a neck vice, and the crowd is loudly clapping for Bálor. Joe quickly takes him down as he fights up for a two count. Joe connects with a snapmare before chopping the back. Joe kicks him in the face and drops a leg for a near fall. Bálor pulls himself up in the corner, and Joe takes him down with some more jabs. Joe chokes him with his boot while taunting the crowd. Joe then hits the ropes and connects with a running boot to the face! Joe connects with a double chop to the head before chopping the chest. Bálor comes back with a right hand and hits the ropes, but Joe counters with an inverted atomic drop. Joe quickly big boots him down and goes for a senton splash, but Bálor rolls out of the way. Bálor jumps over the top rope to avoid an avalanche and catches him with a kick to the head. Bálor goes for a springboard maneuver, but Joe punches him to the floor. Joe then catches him with a wild, full speed suicide dive! The crowd loudly chants, “NXT” and “This is awesome.” Joe gets Bálor in the ring and picks up a near fall.

Joe knees away at Bálor before viciously hitting a powerbomb for another near fall. Joe immediately transitions to a Boston Crab. Joe quickly releases it and applies a crossface. Bálor screams in pain as the commentators paint the picture of how important the NXT Championship is. Bálor counters into a pin, but Joe kicks out and keeps the crossface applied. Joe then transitions into another submission, but Bálor gets his foot on the bottom rope. Joe goes for a short-arm clothesline, but Bálor ducks it and connects with a DDT.

Both men slowly get to their feet. Bálor kicks Joe away and chops the chest. Joe reverses a whip, but Bálor comes back with a running forearm. The crowd loudly claps for Bálor as he chops Joe’s chest. Bálor sends him to the opposite corner for another chop. Joe reverses a third whip, but Bálor slingshots over him. Joe floors him with a back elbow and goes to the second rope, but Bálor catches him with an enzuigiri that knocks him out of the ring. Bálor hits the ropes and takes him out with a summersault senton! The crowd loudly chants, “NXT” as Bálor throws Joe into the ring. Joe gets to his feet, and Bálor takes him out with the Coup de Grâce for a near fall! Bálor pulls himself up to his feet while Joe slowly recovers. Bálor goes for Bloody Sunday, but Joe fights out. Bálor comes back with some quick chops and a spinning kick. Bálor connects with the Sling Blade, and he’s really feeling it now. Joe sidesteps a dropkick and connects with a senton splash! Joe goes for a Muscle Buster, but Bálor counters into a roll-up for a near fall! Joe comes back with a forearm, but Bálor quickly takes him down with a pelé kick!

The crowd is giving both men a round of applause. The referee is counting them both down. Both get to their feet at the same time. Joe connects with some jabs before Bálor punches back. Bálor chops and forearms him before Joe comes back with some rapid-fire jabs. Joe counters a pelé kick into a Coquina Clutch, but Bálor pulls him face-first into the turnbuckle to break the hold. Joe blocks a kick and pulls Bálor into the ring with the Coquina Clutch. Bálor counters out with a roll through and stuns Joe with a Coup de Grâce! The crowd is chanting once again, “This is awesome!” The referee is counting them both down, but the get to their feet. Bálor is getting pumped up, and he catches Joe with a Sling Blade. Bálor dropkicks him into the corner twice, but Joe doesn’t go down. Joe loudly screams and charges, but Bálor ducks and dropkicks him into the corner. Joe goes down! Bálor goes to the top rope, but Joe crotches him up there. Joe goes for a Muscle Buster, but Bálor fights it. Joe quickly comes back with an enzuigiri. Joe goes for a super Muscle Buster, but Bálor fights him off and connects with the Coup de Grâce for the win!

Winner and still NXT Champion: Finn Bálor
Match Rating: ****

The referee hands an exhausted Finn Bálor his NXT Championship. The crowd is giving both men a tremendous round of applause as we see replays of the big moments of the match. Bálor takes a moment before getting to his feet. Samoa Joe is being helped off. Joe is bleeding from the mouth and looks absolutely furious. Bálor stands on the second rope and poses for the crowd. Bálor collapses, and the ringside doctor checks on him. We see more replays of this extraordinarily physical match. Bálor once again gets to his feet looking a little uneasy, but he holds the NXT Championship up in victory.
